For professional use, we have developed ChocoFoil® Professional. This gives maximum freedom in how to use the sheets.
5 m long and 26 cm wide, each 26 cm x 15 cm embossed areas separated by a 3 mm wide line, rolled up, for single use.
The effect:
Following nature's example, we transfer finest structures onto the surface of the chocolate, which bend the light. Like the wings of a butterfly, the surface of the chocolate appears in a wide variety of rainbow colours, which is achieved solely through the structures transferred from the foil - without any chemicals.
Application:
Simply place the sheet or a piece of the sheet on the chocolate and let it harden, the colours be transferred to the chocolate. With a little chocolate knowledge, you can make the magic work on any dark chocolate, chocolate couverture and dark icing.
